Ingredients
5 cups rhubarb
1 cup water
6 ounce can frozen orange juice
1 package sure jell
4 cups sugar
Method
1. Simmer rhubarb (cut into small pieces) with 1 cup water.
2. Drain well to make 2 1/3 cups juice.
3. Jelly: rhubarb juice, frozen orange juice, sure jell and sugar.
4. Prepare jelly as any other. Add sure jell to juice, bring to boil and add sugar. Bring to a boil and boil for 1 minute. Put in glasses or jars.
