Ingredients
1 pint raspberries
1 pint stawberries
1 pint blueberries
5 cups sugar
½ cup white corn syrup
¾ cup water
1 ¾ ounces sure jell
Method
1. Crush raspberries. Measure 1 1/2 cups.
2. Crush strawberries. Measure 1 cup.
3. Crush blueberries. Measure 1/2 cup.
4. Put fruit in 4 quart bowl and add sugar and corn syrup. Let stand 10 minutes. Mix water and sure jell in small pan, stirring constantly and bring to boil. Boil 1 minute. Pour into fruit and stir vigorously for 3 minutes. Ladle into small jars and cover. Freeze. (Leave 1/2 inch head space in jars).
