I loved Mom’s pepper jelly.

Ingredients
2 cups ground green peppers
1 ½ cups white vinegar
7 cups sugar
1 bottle certo
green food coloring
Method
Boil peppers, vinegar and sugar for 2 minutes. Add certo and stir for 5 minutes. Add green food coloring and seal in jars. Makes 7 1/2 pints.
