Ingredients
4 quarts sliced zucchini
BRINE
1 quart vinegar
2 cups sugar
½ cup salt
2 teaspoons celery seed
2 teaspoons turmeric , or 2 tsps. dill seed
1 teaspoon dry mustard
Method: Place sliced zucchini in quart jars. Boil brine ingredients. Boil 3 minutes. Pour brine over zucchini. Process in hot water bath for 5 minutes. Good on hamburgers.
