Aunt Ruth Porter’s recipe.
Ingredients
1 package strawberry jello
1 cup sugar
3 tablespoons cornstarch
1 ½ cups boiling water
strawberries
baked pie shell
Method
1. Mix together jello, sugar and cornstarch. Add boiling water and cook until thick. Cool.
2. Fill pie shell with strawberries, pour mixture over berries. Serve with whipped cream.
