Ingredients
3 eggs, beaten
½ cup white sugar
1 cup dark corn syrup
dash salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
¼ cup melted butter
1 cup pecans
unbaked 9″ pie shell
Method
1. Mix together eggs, sugar and syrup, salt, vanilla and butter.
2. Place pecans on crust. Pour mixture over pecans. Bake in moderate oven (350 degrees) for 50-60 minutes or until nuts rise to top.
