Ingredients

 8 cups cucumbers, sliced or in chunks

BRINE

 1 ½ cups vinegar

 1 cup water

 1 cup sugar

 1 4 ounce jar yellow mustard

 2 teaspoons salt

 1 teaspoon horseradish

Method

Cut cucumbers in slices or chunks. Measure 8 cups. Combine brine ingredients and bring to boil. Pour over cucumbers packed in jars. Process 5 minutes in hot water bath. Makes 4 pints.
