Ingredients

 1 prepared graham cracker or coconut 9 ” crust

 1 3 oz. package cream cheese

 1 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk

 2 ½ cups fresh strawberries, mashed or pureed

 3 tablespoons lemon juice

 1 cup cream, whipped

Method

Chill crust. In large bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Beat in sweetened condensed milk. Stir in berries. Add lemon juice. Fold in 1 cup whipped cream. Pour into crust. Freeze 4 hours.
