You need a double crust for this recipe.

Ingredients

 4 cups blueberries

 ¾ cake sugar

 ⅓ cup flour or tapioca

 ½ teaspoon grated lemon peel

 1 teaspoon lemon juice

 1 teaspoon nutmeg

 1 tablespoon butter

Method

1. Combine sugar, flour, peel, juice and nutmeg with berries.

2. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Dot with butter. Cover with second crust.

3. Bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes and then 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
