Ingredients

Filling

 ¼ cup orange juice

 6 tablespoons sugar

 1 cup dried apricots

DOUGH

 1 ¼ cups flour

 6 tablespoons sugar

 pinch salt

4  ounces cream cheese

½  cup butter

1  tablespoon sour cream

GLAZE

1  cup powdered sugar

1  tablespoon water

Method

1. Cook filling over low heat until most liquid is absorbed.

2. Cool.

3. Combine flour, sugar and salt.

4. Cut in cream cheese and butter.

5. Stir in sour cream until pastry holds together.

6. Form into ball and chill at least 1 hour.

7. Roll half the dough at a time.

8. Cut into 2 inch squares.

9. Place 1/2 tsp. filling diagonally on each square.

10. Pull 2 opposite corners to center.

11. Moisten underside to seal.

12. Bake 12-15 minutes.

13. Glaze.
