Ingredients

 2 packages frozen chopped spinach, drained and squeezed

 ½ cup chopped parsley

 ½ cup green onion, chopped

 ½ teaspoon dill weed

 ½ teaspoon seasoned salt

 1 cup mayonnaise

 1 cup sour cream

juice of 1/2 lemon

Method

Mix together and refrigerate. Make this dip one day ahead of time. Serve with an assortment of raw vegetables.
