Ingredients

 1 17 ounce can refried beans

 1 16 ounce can tomatoes , drained and chopped

 ½ pound cheddar cheese, grated

 ¼ teaspoon onion powder

 ¼ teaspoon salt

 ¼ teaspoon garlic powder

Method

Mix thoroughly in a pan. Heat slowly until cheese melts. Stir occasionally and serve warm with chips.
