Ingredients

 8 ounces cream cheese, softened

 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar

 ½ cup sour cream

 1 ½ teaspoons worcetershire sauce

 1 teaspoon dijon mustard

 ½ pound fresh crab meat

 ⅓ cup chopped green onions

 1 pound loaf flat round bread, optional (as serving bowl)

Method

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat first 5 ingredients together until well mixed. Gently stir in crab meat and most of the onions, reserving chopped green tops for garnish. Cut off top and hollow out bread or butter 1 quart casserole and spoon mixture into it. Bake for 20-30 minutes until top is set and mixture is hot. Garnish top with green onion tops. Serve with bread chunks, baguette or crackers. Makes about 3 cups of spread.
