Ingredients

 1 cup mayonnaise

 ¼ cup milk

 2 tablespoons green onion, finely chopped

 2 tablespoons chopped parsley

 1 tablespoon lemon juice

 2 teaspoons fresh dill, finely chopped

 ¼ teaspoon hot pepper sauce

Method

1. Combine all ingredients. Cover and chill at least 2 hours. Makes 1 1/2 cups.

2. Variation: Add 1 chopped, peeled and seeded cucumber.
