Ingredients
2 heaping tablespoons chocolate chips
2 teaspoons sugar
dash salt
⅔ cup whipping cream
½ teaspoon instant coffee powder
Method
1. Combine chips, sugar, salt and 2-3 tablespoons cream in small saucepan. Over very low heat, warm and stir until well blended.
2. Remove from heat. Gradually blend in remaining cream, vanilla and coffee powder. Pour into bowl and refrigerate, with beaters from electric mixer. When chilled, whip until stiff.
3. Use in cream puffs.
