I have made these with a gluten free flour mix and they tasted great!
Ingredients
2 cups sugar
1 cup shortening
1 cup sour cream
2 eggs
1 teaspoon soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon lemon extract
5 cups flour
Method
Cream sugar and shortening. Add sour cream with soda. Add eggs one at a time.
Roll out on floured surface and cut with cookie cutters. Dough should be
refrigerated before rolling.
