This was an old typewritten card from someone named Jenny Case.

Ingredients

 1 cup grated pineapple

 ½ cup water

 1 cup sugar

 1 4 oz package gelatin

little cold water

 1 cup whipped cream

Method: Combine pineapple, water and sugar in saucepan and allow to come to a boil. Dissolve gelatin in a little water. Add to pineapple mixture and let cool. When it begins to set add whipped cream.
