Ingredients

CRUST

 2 cups graham cracker crumbs

 1 stick butter, melted

 2 tablespoons powdered sugar

FILLING

 2 sticks butter, softened

 2 cups powdered sugar

 2 eggs

 1 teaspoon vanilla

FRUIT TOPPING

 1 large can crushed pineapple, drained

 2 10 oz boxes frozen strawberries, drained

 4 bananas, cut up

 1 large container Cool Whip

nuts and cherries, to garnish

Crust: Combine melted butter and powdered sugar with graham cracker crumbs. Press into a 9×13″ cake pan and bake at 350 degrees for 5-10 minutes. Cool.

Filling: Mix softened butter, powdered sugar, eggs and vanilla and beat for 20 minutes and put on top of crust. Let harden in refrigerator.

Add crushed pineapple, strawberries and bananas.

Top with Cool Whip and garnish with nuts and cherries.
