Ingredients
4 baking apples
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 can crushed pineapple, or fresh
honey
¼ cup water
sprinkle cinnamon and nutmeg
Method
Prepare apples, do not cut thru blossom end. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Fill centers with pineapple. Drizzle generously with honey. Pour water into baking dish. Place apples in dish. Sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg. Bake for 35 minutes at 400 degrees.
