Ingredients
2 eggs
2 egg yolks
½ cup sugar
½ cup cream
½ cup melted butter
1 teaspoon baking powder
3 cups flour, approximately
powdered sugar, to sprinkle
Method
Beat eggs and sugar. Add butter and cream. Sift flour and baking powder together, adding flour gradually and mixing. Roll very thin and cut into shapes. Cut slit in center and tuck thru with one end. Drop into hot fat and fry until browned. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
