Ingredients

6 ounces corn chips

2 cups shredded sharp cheddar

1 10 ounce can enchilada sauce

1 8 ounce can tomato sauce

1 15 ounce can chili beans

1 15 ounce can pinto beans, drained

1 15 ounce can garbanzo beans, drained

1 3 oz. package cream cheese

Method

Reserve 1 cup corn chips and 1/2 cup cheddar. Combine remaining chips and

cheddar with sauces and beans. Pour into casserole. Bake uncovered in 350 degree

oven for 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Then, ring top with corn chips and

cheddar. Place cream cheese cubes in center. Bake 5 minutes longer.
