Ingredients
1 package refrigerated biscuits
1 pound ground beef
1 15 1/2 ounce can chili beans
1 15 1/4 ounce can Mexican style sandwich sauce
¼ cup water
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
shredded lettuce
chopped tomatoes
Method
1. Roll or pat biscuits and fit over backs of well greased muffin pans.
2. Bake at 400 degrees for 8-9 minutes.
3. Brown meat. Stir in beans, sauce and water and heat to boiling.
4. Fill biscuit shells with meat sauce.
5. Top with cheese, lettuce and tomato.
