Ingredients

½ cup chopped onion

1 pound ground beef

1 16 ounce can whole tomatoes

1 8 ounce can tomato sauce

1 envelope chili seasoning mix

1 15 ounce can red kidney beans, drained

1 12 ounce can whole kernal corn, drained

3 tablespoons chopped green chiles

1 cup pitted olives

1 cup cheddar cheese

1 package corn tortilla chips

Method

1. Brown beef with onions in large pan. Add tomatoes, sauce and chili spice.

2. Simmer five minutes. Add beans, corn, chilis and olives. In a 2 quart casserole,

layer tortilla chips (enough to cover bottom), meat mixture. Make several

layers. Sprinkle top with cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes or until cheese

melts. Serves 6.
