Ingredients

2 gallons peeled and quarter tomatoes

6 onions , chopped

1 cup salt

1 bunch celery, chopped

½ cup sugar

1 cup vinegar

2 green peppers

6 jalapeno pepper

2 tablespoons mustard seed

Method

1. Heat to boiling and then put in jars and seal. Process for 30 minutes in hot

water bath.

2. Good on tacos, in chili or sloppy joes.
