Ingredients

1 pound ground beef

1 onion, minced

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 can green beans

1 can bean sprouts, drained

1 can mushrooms

1 can water chestnuts, sliced

Method

Brown beef and onions; drain well. Add rest of ingredients and bring to a boil. If

desired, add a dash of garlic powder and more soy sauce. Bake about one hour in a

350 degree oven.
