 Ingredients

 35 ears of sweet corn, 1 ice cream pail of cut corn

 1 pound butter

 1 pint half and half

Method

1. Cut corn into roaster, add melted butter and half and half. Put into oven at 325degrees, covered, for one hour. Stir occasionally. Remove and cool to room temperature and then refrigerate overnight, covered. In morning, package and freeze.

2. To serve: just heat and eat!
