Ingredients

3 eggs

2 cups sugar

1 cup oil

3 teaspoons vanilla

2 cups zucchini, shredded

2 cups flour

2 teaspoons soda

1 teaspoon salt

3 teaspoons cinnamon

FROSTING

3 ounces cream cheese

⅓ cup butter

2 ⅔ cups powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla

1 teaspoon milk, (or more)

Method

1. Mix together and pour into greased and floured 9″x13″ pan or 2 loaf pans.

2. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until done.

3. Spread frosting while cake is still warm.
