Ingredients
2 cups peanut butter, chunky or smooth
½ cup butter
2 cups powdered sugar, sifted
4 cups crisp rice cereal
12 ounces chocolate chips
4 ounces unsweetened baking chocolate
½ bar paraffin
Method
1. In saucepan, melt peanut butter and butter. Stir in powdered sugar and cereal.
Mix well.
2. Form into balls. Cool well.
3. Melt together chocolate chips, chocolate and paraffin.
4. Dip peanut butter balls into melted chocolate mixture and leave to rest on
buttered wax paper. Refrigerate in covered container.
5. Recipe makes 7 dozen very small balls. Mom noted she made hers larger.
