Ingredients:

8 whole black peppercorns

6 whole allspice

6 whole cloves

2 cinnamon sticks, 3″ each

4 quarts apple cider

2 quarts cranberry juice

Directions:

Tie spice in a cheesecloth spice bag, leaving a good length of string. Pour cider and cranberry juice into a large pot and add bag of spices, leaving string on outside of pot. Bring to a boil, slowly. Reduce to simmer, keeping pot partially covered. Ladle into cups.
