Ingredients:
1 gallon black choke cherries
1 gallon boiling water
3 pounds sugar
1 package seedless raisins
2 large oranges, sliced
1 lemon, sliced
1/5 cake yeast
Directions:
1. Pour 1 gallon of boiling water over chokecherries. Let soak until you can work with it. Strain. For each gallon of juice, use 3 pounds of sugar, 1 package raisins, 2 oranges and 1 lemon and 1/5 cake of yeast.
2. Place in crock. Cover with cloth. Stir twice a day first few days. When it stops working strain off. Clean crock and set juice back to settle. Siphon and bottle.
