Ingredients:
2 cups flour
2 cups brown sugar
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 cup nuts, chopped
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup sour cream
1 tsp vanilla
1 egg
2 cups apples, diced
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Combine first three ingredients; blend slowly until crumbly.
3. Stir in nuts.
4. Press 2 3/4 cups of crumb mixture into ungreased 9×13 pan.
5. To remaining mixture, add cinnamon, soda, salt, sour cream, vanilla and egg.
6. Blend well.
7. Stir in apples; spoon evenly over base.
8. Bake 25-35 minutes.
9. Serve with cream.
