- 1 8 ounce pkg cheddar cheese
- 1 8 ounce pkg cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons butter, softened
- 2 teaspoons chopped pimento
- 2 teaspoons green pepper, chopped
- 2 teaspoons onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- ½ teaspoon lemon juice
| 1. Mix cheeses and butter until well blended. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well. |
| 2. Variation: You can add 2 ounces blue cheese and 1/2 cup mayonnaise and serve as a cheese spread. |
