| 1. Remove tips from chicken wings. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. |
| 2. Fry wings 1/2 at a time until golden. Drain well. |
| 3. Melt butter in pan. Add hot sauce (to taste) and vinegar. Toss chicken in butter sauce. |
| 4. Serve with blue cheese dressing and celery sticks. |
| 5. Blue cheese dressing: Mix and chill one hour. |
